RESOLVED 3/31/22 Sign in loop

We're seeing reports of users being stuck in a sign-in loop after updating to R39.21. 

If you are experiencing this issue, we ask that you please submit your log files by navigating to Help > Report Problem, using the subject "Sign in loop after R39.21".

Additionally, we advise reverting back to R38.30 and restoring a backup. You can download and install R38.30 through this link here. Doing so should resolve this issue.
