Auto-reconciliation broken

Hi Folks. I have several accounts where auto-reconciliation has stopped working. I've spent 45 minutes on a chat with Quicken Support, to no avail. The online balance also appears wrong, which may be the root cause of the recon issue. Any ideas?

There have been many reports that with Express Web Connect accounts that online balance isn't getting updated correctly. Without the online balance correctly updated it isn't possible to use automatic reconcile, which depends on it. Your only choice is to reconcile manually.Signature:

I am having this problem now, too. Both of my CapitalOne credit card accounts are failing to auto reconcile because the online balance is NOT getting updated with the downloaded transactions. I see that this problem is happening frequently. What is Quicken doing about this problem?0

Capital One cc, all Chase accounts, Chevron/Synchrony cc, ... all are Express Web Connect and all are broken in the same way. Have yet to hear that Quicken is working on this issue.0
