Stifel Buy Transaction not posted to Quicken - ideas??

Ironically (frustratingly) an OSU d/l from Stifel into a recent Qkn Copy (for a different reason) did post both the Buy Trx and the Sell Trx.
So there must be something in the original/primary file that caused Qkn to not accept the Buy.
Grrr! How to find [that] is the mystery.
