Email notification deleted by SPF rules

Hi there, I did not know where else to post this. We are using Quicken and emails from Quicken send with the email address [email protected] are getting deleted as the SPF for email.quicken.com does not have the correct sender IP in there. We received the email from IP 104.47.73.176 which is a Microsoft IP and is not included in your SPF record. v=spf1 ip4:12.130.136.0/22 ip4:12.130.153.0/24 ip4:12.130.154.0/24 -all

Can this be fixed please?
