Cannot activate Quicken desktop software - Canada version

Does anyone know why I cannot activate desktop app? I already purchased and can use web app online. But desktop still requires a activate code. It seems needs me to purchase one from US site but I am in CA and already purchased CA version. Does anyone know how to solve it?

OK, so you need the Canadian version of Quicken for Windows.
What did you purchase where?
CD? Software download?What did you install on your desktop/laptop? US or Canadian version?0 -
A couple of notes -Did you start using the Quicken WEB or MOBILE App before you installed & Activated the Quicken Desktop software ???If so - STOP - as you will probably NOT be able to "link" your desktop software
to whatever you have already created/entered with the Web/Mobile App.Basic Q&A -Where did you purchase Quicken .... ??

No, the "/canada" URL exists when I purchased. But I am not sure when I login to desktop because I cannot see URL. however, when I click the quicken logo at left top of activation page, it is US site.0 -

What does it say when you log into your account on quicken.com?
EDIT: under the subscription. Does it say it is valid?

Also, can you do Help -> About Quicken and confirm it is the Canadian version?
For the record, as far as I know, the Canadian version can't be purchased from a retailer, and as such would never have an activation code.Signature:
