Any solution for not being able to delete a damaged transaction?

I am getting a number of damaged transactions in my account registers which usually relate to a bill reminder or a scheduled transfer that I enter (online or manual both). Sometimes I receive the Quicken prompt to delete the damaged transaction; however, I am not able to actually delete the damaged transaction. I have run a validation/repair and reviewed the log but am still not able to determine where the damage occurs or how to correct my file.

I am not able to save any changes to the transactions in my registers - they are frozen. I have seen other users with damaged transactions issues but they seemed to be able to delete them and I can not. Any suggestions or instructions to help fix these issues?
