won't save budgets

anyone know a not so tech savy way to make quicken save budgets again? We have done the budgets 4 times in the last two weeks and it just gives you the report name but says no values set.

    What are you seeing, exactly, once you have clicked Done after creating a budget? Also, when did this issue begin?
