Does Quicken run daily account updates on my accounts automatically?

I see a lot of login/logout activity on my accounts on days that I do not run account updates. Trying to determine if this is Quicken Account Update accessing my accounts. Thanks!

    For Quicken Connect accounts, yes, Quicken servers will download transaction periodically in the background.
