How to move and convert Quicken data file from PC to Mac?

I just bought a Mac (OS 12.0.1 and installed Quicken Starter (Canada) v. 6.6.2 (Build 606.3218.100). How do I move my Quicken For Windows data file from my PC (Quicken Starter Canada) v. R33.7 Build 27.1.33.7) to my new Mac?
