Why will Quicken not backup?

When I try to backup I go through all the proper motions identifying location and adding the date. The program starts to process but stops and closes. I check my files and no new backup has been recorded.

    What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file on the hard drive? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?

    Oops, I gave you the backup file path.
    The Data File is at C:\Program Data\Quicken.
    It seems also to be duplicated in C:\Users\All Users\Quicken

    The Q&A was about the Quicken data file - the QDF file.... it is normally something like here...
    C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Quicken\QDATA-z8a.QDF
    You must have moved everything over to the \ALL USERS\ folder, as that is not normal or the default location.

    I apologize. Company came for dinner and I've been busy all morning.
    I don't think I purposely moved it. However, I've had Quicken more-or-less since it's inception and it's been moved through numerous computers since.
    Suggestions?
