Quicken startup not remembering location and size of window

When I start quicken, it just opens in a square in the middle of my laptop screen, not sized for any usability whatsoever. This is quite frustrating. Please help.

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue that you described? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Quicken should be maintaining the application window size and position in the QUSER.INI file located in the user's hidden AppData\Roaming\Quicken\config folder.   I suggest you confirm the same.

I find that if I move the Quicken window partially off the screen, the next time I start Quicken I often get a small window that I have to resize.
