Getting "Quicken is unable to complete your request [OL-221-A]" when trying to import

Hello - I'm getting the error message above when I try to import a .qfx file downloaded from my bank (Amegy Bank). Is there a fix for this? Thanks

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this OL-221-A error.
What is the Connection Method that you have set up with Amegy Bank and the accounts receiving the error? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools in the upper left > Account List > Edit > Online Services.
I have located a Support Article that discusses troubleshooting steps to take in regards to this error. You may follow this link here to access those steps.
Please let me know how it goes or if the error persists after attempting these steps.
