Regions Bank OL-393-A

Is anyone else getting an OL-393-A error when updating their Regions Bank accounts? All my other providers are downloading properly.

    Hello @siegelmichael,

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing an OL-393-A error with your Regions Bank account(s). 

    What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by going to Help > About Quicken. When did this error begin to occur? What is the Connection Method with your Regions Bank account(s)? You can see the Connection Method by navigating to Tools in the upper right Account List > Edit > Online Services.
