printer HPOfficeJet Pro 9015e nor responding on acan from scanner to a transaction

I have an HP printer (above) that I had been using to scan invoices etc. to the attachment tab on a transaction. Everything had been working fine; now I can't get my current printer to show up in the list of printers that show up on the attachment tab "paperclip". Any thoughts and/or solutions would be welcome. Thanks

    I am sorry for the trouble you are having getting your printer to connect. 

    Can you please verify if you have any other printers installed on your computer? If Quicken is not able to verify your printer, please try these steps at this article to troubleshoot this issue. If the issue persists, please let me know.

    Maybe try running the HP Print & Scan Doctor application which should be on your PC.
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.
