Why can't I access my accounts in the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union?

I can't access my accounts in the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union.

    Can you clarify if you are receiving an error message and if you are not able to link your account to Quicken? Thanks!

    OL-304-A Is the error code I get (although Quicken says the connection is successful) but no transactions download. This account has been linked to Quicken for 11 years.

    also, this looks like a manual download from online website -

    @Harry Phillips Have you EVER been able to connect them to Q?  Because I could find no institution by any name even close to that in FIDIR.TXT (it's on your computer also) by searching for "North Carolina".  That's the Q file that records all of the Financial Institutions that have signed contracts with Q/Intuit to provide the ability to download into  Q & Intuit products.
    Also, in Q, if I go to Add Account and start typing "North Carolina" nothing with that name appears.
    SO, in your Q Please do TOOLS, Account List and tell us what name shows in the "Financial Institution" column across from this account.

    Tnx … that's nice to know - and this is how it looks for any Quicken downloading - too bad NCSECU wasn't consistent in names.
    Again, looking at your .. TOOLS -->  Account List- what is the download protocol - Direct or Express Web Connect
