Fixed CC-502 Error with Citi Cards by Switching to Direct Connect

    same cc-502 problem for several weeks....also initially got error when trying to switch from Web Express to Direct Connect. However, there was a small message returned from citi in the Direct Connect error return indicating Citi had changed their access for better customer experience. The error message directed me to citi website "datamanagement" where I was allowed enabled access for new apps for 10 min. Citi site then stated to go back to app and try to connect. After going back to Quicken and trying again to reconnect with Direct Connect, it worked. Hope this info helps others.
