Split Malfunction

When I try to split a transaction in the register split screen - (square payment allocated to customer invoice and credit card processing fee) the adjust button does not light up and the split total is wrong -- I have been doing this for YEARS and never had this problem. Help!

    Thank you for contacting the Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with split transactions. 

    If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error you described receiving involving split transactions? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
