Sending copy of invoice email to self not working

No email received when checking the box "Send me a copy" while emailing an invoice. This feature has stopped working recently.

    I am sorry to hear about this issue with emailing invoices and emails not being received. Thank you for seeking help with respect to this problem here on the Quicken Community.

    What email service provider is the receiving email address? Be sure not to provide the full address, but I am curious about whether you are working with Yahoo, or Gmail, or Outlook, etc.

    Also, when did you first see this behavior occurring? What happens when you restore from a backup saved just prior to when this issue was first noticed? We recommend saving backups frequently by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Provided that this has happened often, you should be able to restore from a recent backup by going into the same menu and selecting File > Restore a Backup File...
