Make Quicken iPhone App available in other regions

My App Store is in Europe and Quicken app is not available.
Can you make it available worldwide?

Quicken previously (some years ago) had a European version ... but it didn't sell well and wasn't profitable.  So they discontinued it.

SOME have reported using the US version of the desktop product in Europe but there's no download ability as no Eurobanks have signed contracts with Q.

AND, since QMobile relies upon connectivity (again, there is none) the Mobile version won't work either.

SO, Sorry, but your idea simply won't fly.
