How to remove "Please Register Quicken" (Q Win Canada, 2007)

You did remember to press and hold and keep holding both the left CTRL and Shift keys while you click Tools and then One Step Update?

Hold down the left shift+ctrl keys and select Tools -> One Step UpdateSignature:
(I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)

Thanks UKR. On my version 'One Step Update' didn't show under 'Tools'.
But I did find it under 'Online'.
