Add Investment Account as spending account

Fidelity Cash Management account is my primary spending account and is tracked quite nicely in Quicken Mac, but spending from this account does not propagate to the mobile or web app. It's my understanding that the mobile and web app are included in my subscription fee that is up to date and paid without question. Will the mobile and web app s ever accurately reflect the actual spending and upcoming payments like the desktop app does? Quicken for Windows works and Simplifi works this way. Why has Quicken Mac been left behind?
