Discounts blocked for existing customers

I have been with Quicken for many years. My only frustration with the company is they BLOCK existing members from taking advantage of new promos. They put tremendous effort to win over new customer but once you are with them, they make you feel not valued. My 1yr deluxe renewal is $51.99, but for new members it is $31.91 - For now, i will reluctantly renew because Quicken knows the competition is not as comparable.

    If you click "Buy Quicken" st the top or bottom of this page, you'll see the the current price for Deluxe is $46.79 for the 1st year.  I.E.,  "new promo".
    And, a great many companies offer "teaser rates" to  entice customers to make that1st buy.
