RESOLVED 5/18/22 SharePoint Credit Union - CC-503/103 (FDP-185)

We are seeing cases with SharePoint Credit Union customers receiving a CC-503/103 (FDP-185) errors in Quicken. This is being caused by the MFA not being handled correctly.

In order to resolve this issue, users will need to sign into the Online Banking website for SharePoint Credit Union (https://www.sharepointcu.com/) and remove the MFA. Once this has been completed, close and relaunch Quicken then try again.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on a solution at this time.
