Care Credit transaction download still not working right

This has been a problem for me since September of 2019; it has never worked right for me. 
Quicken downloads the amount of a recent transaction as the online balance, so reconciliation never works. I have had to revert to reconciling using paper statements. 
I have premier, version R40.13, build 27.1.40.13, windows 11 home

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. They may have to escalate this problem to Intuit as the download service provider.
