two factor authentication

My credit card requires a two factor authentication, they text me a six digit number, suddenly today I am not getting a text when I try to update. I know my phone is working fine and I have rebooted my computer and wi-fi is working. I am not receiving a text from BofA.

    If you're having issues signing in to the financial institution's web site, I suggest you contact the financial institution.

    If you're having difficulty downloading the transactions from Bank of America Credit Card into Quicken using the Express Web Connect connection method, I suggest you contact Quicken Support: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-support-options

    Otherwise,  please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab

    Note:  Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method if available instead.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank
