Quicken doesn't recognize credit card payment

I am trying to reconcile my credit card statement from Capital One Quicksilver, and my payment for last months bill does not appear even though it has been cleared. I have tried deleting the transaction, rebooting and reentering , also changing the cleared status to
reconciled without success. Any suggestions???

    Check to make sure that your transaction date is on or before the closing date you are entering into when you reconcile.
