Citibank will not update?

I was getting a successful update message for my Citibank accounts, but none of the transactions appear in the register or in the downloaded transactions. I tried with Auto-Entry on and off and I just tried re-setting the accounts. Unfortunately, when I re-set the accounts, it finds the accounts but they are hard set to "Don't add to Quicken" and does not give me the option of linking the accounts to the account in Quicken or even to adding the accounts as "new" in Quicken. Is there a fix for this issue?

    That "Don't add to Quicken" should be a dropdown, where "Link to Quicken account" is another option.  Are you not seeing that dropdown?

    No. It is just a hard statement. There is no drop down or option to change it.
