ONGOING 5/18/22 Canada R40.23 Expired Membership Banner

We are seeing a trend with previous U.S. users. When their Canada software is updated to the new release R40.23, the membership expired banner is presented on the software, though the customer has an active subscription.

Some users have been able to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Please refer to the following support articles for instructions on uninstalling here and reinstalling here

This issue has also been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time.
