exclude payees from report

I'd like to exclude some payees from a report. Using the Customize/Payees box is painful with the tiny dialog box being very difficult to scroll and uncheck. It has been this size forever. Please make it much bigger or better still, in a report, be able to right click the payee and have the option to exclude it
