Does Quicken not know that credit unions (in general) exist, or only one of the larger ones in the Pacific Northwest? Perhaps the purchase of the software should include a pre-check for whether or not they're aware of your financial institution? Annoyingly-odd, since Turbo-Tax is fine with it.

Which credit union. If you name it, we can double check for you.
That said, it's not up to Quicken if the CU is supported. It's up to the CU to contract with Quicken to be included in the program.
