Navy Federal Credit Union -not receiving verification code when doing One Step Update

When I do OSU I am used to getting a popup asking where I want my verification code to be sent from NFCU. I select my cell phone like always. However, today I'm not receiving a code after I request one--so I can't update those accounts. I'm using Quicken for Windows R40.21 Build 27.7.40.21. My other non-NFCU accounts still update normally.
It worked fine yesterday. Please assist.

    It is working normally for me today. I noticed yesterday about 20 minutes after posting the above, I finally got the text message with the code. At any rate, whatever was sluggish yesterday seems to be back to normal now.
