Can't add Stripe acct - anyone else?

The worlds worst support team took 2 hours of my life to tell me that my online quicken is something they don't support. Having to go it alone. Any ideas on how to get my Stripe Acct into my app.quicken.com?

    Have you selected and synced the account to the Quicken Cloud from the Quicken for Windows desktop application?
