Quicken Grabs Windows Cursor ["snap to default" issue]

I am running Q 40.21 on a Windows 11 PC, but this problem has been around for years. When I start Quicken, and when it does a scheduled update, Quicken creates a zero x zero window in the top left corner of the screen and moves the cursor to it. This is very annoying and is disruptive when I am trying to do something else while Q is starting. I just read about disabling the "snap to default" feature in Windows mouse settings - but I should not have to modify Windows to make your software play nice with other software.

As you have said the problem has been around for years, and it has been reported for years.
Maybe some year they will get around to fixing this.  You might also submit it using Help -> Report a Problem.
(I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)
