Respect the default to "Any field" checkbox for Find/Replace

I had a Find button on the toolbar which stopped working after the May 2022 release. I removed it and added a Find/Replace button. If I am looking at a register when I click that button, the `Find in "Any field" by default` checkbox behaves as expected. When it's checked, the field dropdown will default to "Any field" next time I open this popup.
However, if I'm on the Home tab, for example, when I click this button, it always defaults to "Payee". This is a departure from how the Find button worked in the previous release. When I click the Find button, I want it to search everything by default regardless of which screen I'm on.
