Quicken Charges - I was charged twice today for subscription by Quicken.

I was charged twice today for subscription by Quicken. One was for 38.96 and another 40.06. I canceled my subscription right before the second charge hit. I called and the guy was very short and rude to me. Basically said he only saw one charge and “Sorry, I cannot help you.
