Minimize One Step Update Progress Panel

I use Quicken in split screen. When updating, the Update Password input panel opens in the middle of my screen instead of the middle of Quicken. Then, when the One Step Update Progress panel opens, it is 300% larger than required and, again, is in the middle of my screen rather than the middle of Quicken.
My ideas: Make all panels open in front of Quicken instead of in the middle of the screen. Make all panels as small as they can be. With only three accounts to update, there is no need for this panel to take up half of my screen.
