Demanding more money

First, without notice, Quicken demands payment, then takes my money, and still does not provide the product.

You can go into your Quicken account and unsubscribe anytime you want. Then, each year when your subscription is up, you can decide if and where you purchase Quicken. Here, also, is some information that might help you understand their refund policy.

I don't understand what you're saying here.Are you attempting to upgrade your Quicken - like going from Starter to Deluxe, for example - and not getting the upgrade?Flesh out your situation with some detail so someone understands the problem you're facing and, hopefully, can provide some help.0
