add the total of the years budget after Dec. The only way to see the budget totals is to go to edit budget. Gotta be an easy fix

I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding your request, but it is possible to see totals on the main budget screen. The first column is the category; if the second column you're seeing is January, you have the totals column hidden. Click the "<<" icon to unhide the totals columns. Then, clicking the "v" icon text to the year in this column allows you to switch between year-to-date and year-end totals.
