account list on qif import should be MY order, not alpha

I am able to reorder my accounts but when I import QIF the dropdown is in alpha order with the default account being one I NEVER do imports to. Annoying!
Can we please have it use our specified order, or better yet, put some AI in there and have it preselect the last one we used? (sticky)
