Social Security Reminder Schedule

In the Bill & Income reminders listing would it be possible to add an option to have a monthly deposit such as social security that is deposited on a specific Wednesday each month add an option such as monthly on third Wednesday, or fourth Wednesday. Currently we have to change the date each month to the appropriate Wednesday.
