On Line Center----Compare to Portfolio

I have a couple accounts that Compare to portfolio is greyed out in the on line center.
Anyone else having this issue

    The Online Center Compare to portfolio works OK for me.

    Does selecting the account, clicking the gear, and picking Reconcile Shares work for you? That should do the same operation as the Compare to portfolio.

    I just tried your suggestion--It says :  You have unaccepted transactions----However---when I click to view there is nothing downloaded.  
    I have a couple Treasuries showing on Line Center for an account, but nothing downloaded from Quicken
