We have seen an increase in CC-503/FDP-103 errors with Pentagon Federal Credit Union. This issue may be coupled with a QCS-429 error, as customers are repeatedly attempting a login.

If you are experiencing these errors still, we recommend you change the connection in your Quicken from Pentagon Federal Credit Union to Pentagon FCU. To do this, you would first want to backup your file (directions for Win here, and Mac here). Then disconnect the affected accounts (directions for Win here, and Mac here). To reconnect the accounts, go to Tools>Add Account (Win) or Accounts>Add Account (Mac). Select Pentagon FCU and follow the prompts to connect.
