Watch list not working

Quicken Deluxe 2022.
I used to have quotes updates for stocks/holdings I wanted to "watch" in my Watch List.
Nothing seems to help as I've marked off both the "Download quotes" and Watch List".
Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

    Do you have a Portfolio View (under the Investing tab) which includes the Watch List as if it was another investment account?
    Click the Customize button on the Portfolio View, select the Accounts tab. Look for an account named "Watch List" and put a checkmark next to it.
    Make sure the Portfolio View itself is marked "Group by: Account" so you can see you Holdings by account, with the Watch List as a separate Account.

    Please describe "not working". Are the Watch List securities not visible in your Portfolio views, are the prices not current, or what? Are the prices downloaded correctly for other securities?

    Thank you very much for the replies. I discovered the fix purely by accident. I hope I don't have to look for it again because I may not find it after searching through so many windows.
