cannot link outside accounts

has anyone run into issues linking outside accounts? credentials are correct but it still won't connect

    Could you please elaborate and provide more details on the issue you are experiencing please? Are you trying to set up an online connection for an account that has already been added to Quicken? Or are you trying to add a new online account? Also, which financial institution are you trying to connect with? And what exactly do you experience while trying to connect (error codes or messages, etc)?
