I spent 2 hrs on the phone with M&T and they couldn't fix it, had me deactivate accounts and still wouldn't work. I was getting the OL-297-A error, they told me contact quicken. I contacted Quicken and they told me it was a known issue and they are working with M&T to resolve but no timeline on when it would be fixed. I checked it out a few days later and tried to re-activate the accounts but at least it tries and I get "Looking for your Accounts at M&T Bank Direct Connect"..this takes about 5 minutes and then fails. I did try unchecking the 1.0 thing in control panel but still a no go.....any ideas?
