Chase prompts me to update, but no option on QMac

I DO have a Chase account. I get the message below from Chase, but NEVER GET PROMPTED. So there is no way to "automatically be taken from Quicken to the Chase website" and to update.

What to do??

Chase message:
- Start a One Step Update
- When prompted, choose Update Connection
- You'll then be automatically taken from Quicken to the Chase website where you'll enter your Chase credentials.

    Me too. Even though I keep getting the message that my new Chase connection is ready, I never get the prompt.
