Chase Migration - Duplicate Transactions

I did the re-authorization for the Chase migration and linked my current accounts. When it finished with the updates my register is full with duplicate entries. A lot of the duplicate ones have the same Memo & Category. The ending balance is somehow correct though. I'm not sure if I delete the duplicates if that will mess things up more. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
