After the last update version (R43.26), I cannot include any other new transaction.

Are you trying to download transactions but are unable to establish an online connection or are you unable to add transactions manually? If you're trying to connect and download, please provide the name of the financial institution(s) you are experiencing this with as well as any error code(s) and/or message(s) you may be receiving.
