UPDATE 9/27/22 Chase - Investments redownloading last 90 days, not matching transactions

We are seeing an issue where customers' Chase investment accounts are redownloading and duplicating the last 90 days of transactions and not matching to existing transactions after migration to EWC+. This is currently only impacting Quicken Windows. We are currently working on a resolution. No ETA for this is currently available; we apologize for the inconvenience this causes, and we thank you for your patience.

    UPDATE 9/27/22

    We are tracking an issue where some Mac customers are encountering duplicate transactions in checking accounts after migration. We have teams working to resolve this issue, although we do not have an ETA regarding when this may be accomplished.
