Quicken Windows Annual Budget view: Column size too small to show larger amounts without truncating

When in the Annual Budget view, amounts over 10,000.00 are always truncated to 10,000...
View option "Show cents" is enabled.

Can this be changed to allow column width to expand for larger amounts so they always fit within the column without truncation?

They really should allow the user to set the column widths.

Where is the "Show cents" option?

I also see that the Planning > Budgets Annual view is unusable due to truncation if View > Use large fonts is selected.

Budget Actions -> View options -> Show cents

Personally I have that option off.  I doubt anyone can really budget to "cents".

Has that been reported, separately, of course?

This sounds like one of the many problems with "scaling".
As in it will  appear differently on different people setups.

Whereas there is truncation on my setup with Use Large Fonts, it isn't "unusable".
